Crystal White (she/her)

Crystal White is a consultant and facilitator energized by helping people live out their greatest values. She has served as executive director of a music equity nonprofit; co-founded arts and social justice youth org, Girls Rock! DC; and co-founded a consulting cooperative. A first-generation college graduate, Crystal holds an MS in Organization Development and BA in International Studies, both from American University. She loves viewing art, museums are her favorite problematic institution, and sends memes as a primary love language.
